If Client violates any of its obligations under the Agreement or in the event that the breach is not cured, the parties will renegotiate the terms of service.

Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, SECURE NETWORKS will provide the Services during regular business hours at SECURE NETWORKS current service rates. Every Client is deemed to be accepting and agreeing to the amended Policy upon posting.
